Len Kofman, founder of Codex Advisory, has over 20 years of experience as a lender and investor.

Having been present at the inception of two separate funds — and holding equity in one — Len understands both sides of the table: the discipline and scrutiny of the investor, and the ambition and pressure of the entrepreneur. That dual perspective shapes every engagement.
